Park Row Condominiums at Mid Towne Village was one of only 10 businesses in the area to be nominated as Newsmaker of the Year by the Grand Rapids Business Journal. The editor said Park Row’s leadership in generating new efforts to rebuild the metro area’s diverse economy received high marks during the nominating process. Over 500 business leaders were in attendance when Park Row was acknowledged at the annual Economic Club of Grand Rapids luncheon on Jan. 15. The event was attended by Park Row partner Joe Ross.
