Park Row Condominiums are in the Mid Towne Village, which is a new mixed use urban redevelopment project. Located in the heart of Grand Rapids Mich., Mid Towne Village is designed to provide a unique setting that contains a walkable community of residential, retail and office properties.
The centerpiece of the community is the Village Green, a 15,000-square foot open space around which most of the community is set. Containing trees, benches, a reflecting pond and a fountain, the Village Green will be the site of summer concerts and winter snowball fights.
Mid Towne Village is unprecedented in the city of Grand Rapids as it is the first project approved under the new Planned Redevelopment District (PRD) zoning law.
